Re: UltraFine Silver Today's Special Values

The few pieces of the UltraFine Silver that I have are still looking great!  No tarnish and it's been years!

Mine hasn't tarnished either.  Since QVC is doing a lot of Affinity Diamond pieces in sterling silver, I think they should do a collaboration with UltraFine Silver.  I've been hesitant to buy some silver rings and bracelets from the Affinity Diamond line because I don't want the future maintenance.

I've gotten a set of Ultrafine bangles (J437410)  so far.  The TSV bracelet is calling my name. I avoid getting any gold over the silver, as they will not last and you should avoid getting it wet.  Anything layered over the the silver is not going to well over time.

I've looked around some more, but as far as Ultrafine....not that much new.  I also got this necklace J437418)  Pretty

I really like the TSV. I am a silver girl and think the price is pretty good. But I do have alot of chains already so I will pass on this. I do love the magnetic clasp tho. Had a ton of silver necklaces and bracelets, earrings, back when the monthly silver shows were on--but I did end up selling alot. I am looking for a thin omega. Kind of nice change for a TSV.

Well, I do not wear silver at all (too lazy to polish, tarnishes too much, not as strong as gold), but I do purchase it for younger family members.

Thanks for all the great ideas!

I am going to check all these out, because I need a few gifts for family members.

I see Honora has some sales as well.

@FancyPhillyshopper  When properly stored in anti-tarnish boxes or bag, silver doesn't tarnish.  I very rarely polish any of my large collection.

I've got a set of silver bangles that I never remove.  I've been wearing them for at least 20 years and they've never been polished but they're bight and shiny.  Frequently worn silver also doesn't tarnish.

Sterling silver that is worn constantly does not tarnish because silver jewelry moves.  It rubs against your skin and it keeps it  polished. But you should still try and not get it wet either. Water and jewelry (even solid 14k-18K) will wear better when it doesn't get wet.
