Pretty bracelet!  I really like it a lot.  I also like the two tone in gold & silver....however I have so many cuffs that I just don't really wear anymore.

How do you keep them from falling off?

I have a couple of cuff bracelets and one seems to stay on okay, I've only worn it a few times, and the other one falls off so I'm afraid to wear it. 

I have small wrists.

You can squeeze together to make them smaller.

I have a 6 1/2 inch wrist even though I'm not stick thin.

This is not real gold , so, you can squeeze it to make it fit you.

I liked the end caps and lady said it was made in Italy

Pretty but I find cuff bracelets uncomfortable.  The ends dig into my wrists.

Kind I don't like in bracelets is the charm bracelets.

Don't like that clanging, banging and something hanging down low like on steering wheel, eating , etc.

@SharkE   I got this bracelet during the all day jewelry thing.  I like it.  I got the silver though. I also got the matching ring.  That was very pretty.  I remember they didn't seem to present the bracelet.  I only got it. when it was alsmot over and I was going through anything I might have missed. It was hit or miss as I was at work at the time and taping it.  Anyway, nice bracelet.
