Good Morning Ladies. Some of you may remember I sent my Little Sis cuff (J143823) to Pranda for repair to the spring mechanism. It was purchased in February of 2010. When I spoke with Julie, at Pranda, she said to expect it to take 10 - 12 weeks for repair/replacement. I sent it out on 12/17/12, it was delivered to me this morning, exactly four weeks later! Now, I honestly cannot tell if this is my cuff or a replacement. I should have marked it in some way before it left. Either way, I have a wearable cuff again, I no longer have to worry about losing it. I am wearing it on my right arm, with the Statement link bracelet,( smaller version) and the silver rolling bracelet. I am a happy camper. Thank you Pranda!
