Purchased two different necklaces for my twin nieces, and paid extra to have them delivered quickly! I received, but only one arrived on time. When I opened the box the next day to my surprise found both necklaces in one gift box. So now I have to go purchase a gift box. Did not know QVC had a shortage of gift boxes. Called customer service and all they could say was "sorry". Did not expect more than that but have to say I was totally disappointed. Spent $400.00 and they could not spare another gift box...come on QVC shipping, what's the problem?

I agree with you - that is shabby - spend $400 and Q slops two items together.  Years ago, jewelry that I purchased, had a lovely presentation - years later just Chinese brown bag with a drawstring. Seeing those - I knew they were on a quality downhill.

QVC at least should credit you for the trouble of having to go purchase a box.  One would think they would credit you at least $20 to try and save face.  That's just flat out shameful!

Very chintzy and inconvenient.
