I'd expect that photo to have been taken specifically to showcase her jewelry.  I'd be surprised if she really wore all of that during a normal day.

 

I like turquoise jewelry and have quite an assortment, but I stay away from the very large pieces.

@Venezia.  There's no way she could function as a silversmiths with all of the rings on her fingers.  They would interfere with her manual dexterity.   That's dress up jewelry.
