I like this necklace , the Q has one in Diamonique ..in silver .I prefer yellow gold...anyone happen to have a necklace like this ? If so , I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions where I could purchase one

I've never heard of this, but it's an interesting concept!  "You and Me" - "toi" is a more informal way of saying "you" in the French language. "Vous" is more formal. You would use "toi" for family and friends.

So is it for any two different stones or just the ones below?

Yes ,it can be any two stones ! I like the emerald cut & pear shape together.....I also like the marquise shape but not sure what other shape would compliment it 😄
