Shawn, good to see that you are back on the air.

I want to tell you about knee replacement surgery.

I had it done in Michigan, Oct 12, 2010, and now Dec 27, I'm totally healed and have no pain. Believe me, I was scared out of my mind when the dr. tells you that you need a knee replaced with a titanium piece of structure, that you cannot believe it.

But I was 53 years old, with a lot of pain.

And on Dec 27, I'm wriing to tell you, to remind your MOM that she also will be out of pain, like myself ---it's totally amazing, and I wouldn't believe anyone if they told me this story either. I was too against it, but I'm so thrilled, I can go to the mall, and it's so great, no pain pills, an occasion motrin.

Tell her to do everything they tell you, and walk as much as you can, even tho it hurts they first 2 weeks, you must move, walk, and stay active.

Please update us occasionally on her recovery.

thanks for reading.
