Tiffany's Rubedo Metal....good article

This article at least gives some idea of what it's made of. A three bangle bracelet of Rubedo and sterling silver costs $4200. Metallurgists analyzed it and said it is 55% copper, 31% gold which in carats comes out to about 7kt gold.

So the big Bronzo Italia cuff I ordered may cost $187 but I can do that...can't do $4,200 for a bangle bracelet.
