Tiffany Kay has left the Scott Kay company

[ Edited ]

Sad to share - i thought that she was a very gracious vendor who was a shining representative of her Father's company. Confirmed via Facebook:

Scott Kay for QVC Yes, Tiffany did a wonderful job on QVC. Thank you for asking about Tiffany, she is doing well. She has left the company to pursue other interests

Wow, I didn't see that coming.

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise

I hate to speculate on her reasons so will just say she is a lovely person, a good presenter, and she will certainly be missed by me. I love the pieces she brought to the Q and enjoyed her immensely. Best of luck and happiness to her in whatever the future brings.

I purchased three pieces of Scott Kay this year and they are beautiful and weighty. I hope this doesn't signal bad changes to come.

Re: Tiffany Kay has left the Scott Kay company

Just ordered this morning a Scott Kay Ukaged dagger pendant with chain. It was on sale and you don't find sales on designers.

The vendor said the company is very unorganized now sinice his death a year ago so when I read this thread about his daughter leaving the business, that may/may not have something to do with that.

If someone else other than family is in control, things will be different and if Tiffany didn't like what she was seeing, she would I'm sure feel compelled to leave. Such a shame....she did do a wonderful job promoting her father's legacy.

Wishing her all the best and that her Dad's name will continue to go forward with all the strength and integrity he built into it.

Very sad to hear about this.  I just placed an order for my first piece and I noticed that many of the items are reduced on clearance and thought to myself "something" may be happening with the line.  I'm sure whatever occurred it must have been big for her to make that decision.  It's a shame because I got excited with this line for the first time in a longtime and was hoping to see how it evolved. She was a lovely girl.

Scott Kay was recently purchased by a large jewelry distributor (I have a personal contact at that distributor who told me.) I wonder if that has anything to do with Tiffany leaving.

Re: Tiffany Kay has left the Scott Kay company

Because the family lives next door to me, I have known Tiffany ever since she was about 14 years old and was blessed to have known her incredibly gifted and brilliant father, Scott.

Tiffany is an amazing, talented (in her own right) and very strong young woman and I have no doubts whatsoever that she's going to be a great success with all of her future endeavors.
