made a purchase with Jeulia for a ring. I received it but didn't feel it was worth the money. The only way to do a return is to send a request to the company and they send the return info. I have never heard of this before but I did it 3 times. Still no reply other than my info was forwarded to another dept. I tried calling and the hours are strange but I tried. I am now disputing the charges with my bank and paypal. Pretty jewelry but not worth this. There loss, I have my fiance a list of things I liked but after he dug around he said there are some unhappy buyers.

I think Jeulia is headquartered in the UK so that might possibly explain the communication delay.

I'm quite comfortable buying from overseas compsnies, as long as I can use PayPal. There was only one instance where I had a problem and PayPal saved the day.

I've purchased clothing online from many places, including Dubai. There are sites like Farfetched which go to places around the world. I've purchased MIH jeans which are a UK outfit. Very comfortable ordering from them. I've only puchased 18K while in Italy the last few years. Before that QVC and a few more places online. So far, everyplace overseas I've tried are legit and have been treated very well.
