The New Clad

I have never ventured over to the clad side of town, (excluding the watch, which I love), and I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this. The new pieces being aired in a few days are 18k gold as compared to the 14k used in the past. I know that the clad is used sparingly, but I think that using a brighter color gold might really improve its appearance.
