I just got off the phone with a customer service rep. who was the worst I have ever encountered. I was ordering the mabe pearl bangle. First of all she somehow dropped her headset so I got loud static and was about to hang up and try again. Then she said "Oops sorry about that" Okay one mistake is possible. I gave her the item number. She verified that I wanted the mabe (pronouncing it incorrectly) pearl bangle. Then she asked what color I wanted. "Oh sorry I mean what size." I said average. She then yawned in my ear! "Oh sorry it's been a long night." Then she gave a mighty sneeze. That was hysterical because the reason I'm home this afternoon and being bad ordering this piece is that I have a rotten cold. I just sent my DH to the deli for chicken soup. I hope I get the correct item and that the bangle lives up to the excellent reviews. I was hoping to see it live on tv last night but they only showed the turquoise soft link auto-delivery bracelet.
