Thanksgiving EP address

I have not used the easy pays this year. A few weeks ago I did sign in but decided not to purchase the item. Now I do want to buy but can't remember the address.

Also - do I still have the first - the actual Thanksgiving easy pay available ?

I would like to get one of the Barry Cord crosses.
