Since we all post with our complaints, here's my post about terrific service! While redeeming my Groupon for the JR garland ring I realized it had not been applied to my checkout, so before submitting I retried. It stated it was already applied so I went ahead. Of course, it was not, so I emailed the company. They got right back to me and said they would investigate. Well, meanwhile, my $100 is floating around due to PayPal, and I was annoyed, as I told them in another email, politely, of course. Not only did they get right back to me, they gave me a PERSONAL cell phone number, not a corporate one, and asked me to call.

As it was the weekend I called today. What a pleasant experience! We spoke of this forum and how we felt in the beginning that this may be a scam site, how ladies were thrilled with their Sweepstreet purchases now, the packaging, Brian Ripka etc. and of course I was credited my $100. Having never used PayPal for anything refunded to me, I was unsure how that worked. He even called me back to explain how I sweep my $100 back into my account instead of leaving it as a paypal credit! Turns out the gentleman's wife is from my area. It was a delightful conversation.

And then, gave me a coupon code for a discount on my next purchase. I am more than thrilled and there are some companies who could take a cue from this one! What a delight!
