I see Suzanne modeling clothes all of the time. She was recently on modeling the clothes. I was surprised (pleasantly) to see Stacy modeling with Bob Mackie tonight. I like her and she isn't on much anymore.

Suzanne is NOT on vacation. She was on today with IT Cosmetics but just not with Ripka. Seems strange to me also as I enjoy immensely when Suzanne models the Ripka pieces. The new model today, although pretty, just didn't have the personality like Suzanne does. She was dull and somewhat boring to watch.

Agreed! I guess for whatever reason, Judith drew the short straw and didn't get Suzanne tonight. Too bad, I've seen many of the models work what seems like around the clock, Suzanne probably had to draw the line somewhere - or it was drawn for her.

do you think sales may have slowed during the past few months and they are trying out a new model to see if that helps?

Perhaps it has to do with the new ownership and an attempt to broaden the demographic reach of her brand for younger women. Many changes were made this visit from last visit. Many items also were not on easy pay, for example; Beth was not on in the overnight show; there were less overall hours of product shown; and product videos are not up as they usually would be.

Even though JR sold her company, she still IS the company ..... I doubt she'll be dismissed at some point and some other designer will start doing her jewelry creation.

I doubt the new owners care who the model is on QVC ... perhaps Suzanne had to attend a wedding or something like that.

Maybe Suzanne had a prior personal commitment during the time of the JR shows.

Well, I not a "Ripkanista" but frankly, I like seeing the jewelry on a lot of different models. Let's face it, anything would look fantastic on Suzanne. Yes, she is good but I really would like to see Ripka on a variety of different models. And that does include plus size as well. I guess Ripka doesn't equal "Suzanne" to me.

It wasn't that long ago when there would always be two models during the shows, Suzanne being one. Now there was just one model.

I prefer the other way. It showed two different ways of styling the jewelry. If Suzanne wasn't on, it was probably because of the people who had nothing better to do than complain about her presence recently, which was ridiculous.

This is jewelry being modeled, not clothes. A beautiful woman should be used to model it, and there is nothing wrong with that.

I liked the Suzanne and Katia team (I hope that I spelled her name right). Suzanne is just a lovely girl next door and Katia is hot and exotic and more daring. Both women are elegant and I think have universal appeal.

Not for nothing, I think Suzanne and Jackie would make a great team. Jackie is a beautiful woman and would show the blonde side of things!!!!

I always enjoy Suzanne Runyan on HSN, especially scrapbooking.
