Re: Surprise from QVC Ceylon Blue

Years ago I bought an orange sapphire eternity band ring in substantial 14K from Value Vision. It was a Dallas Prince piece or mabe her husband's design. Never wore it. It was uncomfortable. My friend bought it from me. Probably worth a fortune now....Woman Sad

Re: Surprise from QVC Ceylon Blue

Agree with you Crawford, but I think that is a bit pricey for a one carat sapphire and 1/2 carat of diamonds.  I have been watching GSN for the past few days and they have been showing some gorgeous blue sapphires and diamonds on their for less money with bigger stones and some of them in platinum.  Sapphires just like diamonds come in different grades.  Not all Ceylon sapphires are worth a bunch of money just because they are from Ceylon.
