Such disappointment in poor quality!

I have the 14kt gold cabachon ring which comes in blue topaz, citrine, amethyst and garnet. I first ordered the citrine and the stone fell out. I sent it back and then ordered one in the blue topaz. Today, the stone fell out and the tiny prong from one of the corners broke off. This ring has had a lot of posts about the stones falling out and although I love the design and the idea of the cabachon, QVC, please go back to the drawing board and remake this ring with a bit more higher standards and quality.I can not send it back because I have had it now for over 3 months. So my option is to take it to a jewelry repair shop and spend money having it reinforced if even they can do it.
