Stop Overselling Jewelry Items

It's getting more than a little annoying to order an item and have it in process for days, only to get an email saying that "we're sorry" we don't have your item after all. Most companies keep track of their inventory to know the number they have and the number to sell. Come on QVC! I'm getting tired of this practice.
