In the City, it's been foggy until about noon and about mid-high 60's for temps. Since you'll be in Berkeley, it'll probably still be a bit foggy in the morning but usually burns off by mid-morning. Temps in Berkeley will be about the same as the City or a few degrees higher. It's not been much more than high 60's to low 70's on this side of the Bay.

I think a sweater or a light jacket should be fine. I'm perfectly comfortable walking around with jeans and a short sleeve top. The Rose Garden in Berkeley is pretty open, not a lot of areas are covered so keep that in mind also. You'll want sunscreen, depending on what time the ceremony is.
