Stones fell out of my Ripka ring

Hey there Ripka ladies,

I have a Q question. I bought this ring 6 months ago, wore it maybe twice, and I just noticed that two of the champagne stones have fallen out. {#emotions_dlg.crying}

Since the ring isn't available in my size any more, do you think they will give me a refund? Have any of you had this happen?
