Statement and Grand Statement Bracelets

Can anyone tell me how these bracelets were packaged? I have the Grand and cannot remember. The statement arrived today, thrown in plastic bag, unclasped, so it banged around against itself, scratching the undergallery. Need to decide on whether to return for new merchandise or contact CS and ask for a partial refund. This is a $300 bracelet. Come on QVC!!!
