Maybe thats why she is on in the wee hours of the morning. Maybe she needs more experience.

That's the problem, she's usually NOT on in the middle of the night. I've never seen a host as obviously disinterested in her job as Kirsten seems to be. She always projects the attitude that she'd rather be somewhere else. She puts minimal effort into her presentations. Both Stacey and Kirsten were on last night.

You hit the nail on the head! Kerstin is very aloof. She appears to have a chip on her shoulder....She seems to be saying..."I'm here everyone. Happy now?"..... Sorry, but everytime I see her this thought runs through my head. IMO, she is not suited for this job. She is just not not a "people person". Just another bad hire for QVC.

I don't know any of the new hosts and I didn't watch the video. But it seems to me these people are being paid to know the product and sell it professionally. No excuses about having a bad day. They have a job to do and they should be trained enough to do it well. Oh where is Lisa Mason, Kathy Levine, etc. who knew what their job entailed?

She never seems prepared and seems to be stopping in from someplace else. I honestly can't believe she has a host job. I have no interest in anything she is presenting. I'll get more info on their website. If that's the best they can do, I wonder.

I agree, pretty bad presentation.

I looked the video up and the bracelet in question was the most simple of tennis bracelets. Apparently she never saw one before because she tried everything around the clasp except she didn't press down on the release button. She also screwed up on the caret weight of the peridot and didn't get it right until the producer corrected her. Awful.

Didn't see the presentation, but did catch a glimpse of the show. Thought the gray nail polish detracted from the peridot jewelry, as did the blue Fitbit.

Not one of the best presentations. It will be a learning experience of what not to do.

I watched the bracelet presentation - very bad presentation - the worst I have seen.

I don't know why I saw this...but I thought it looked like an audition for the job...and not a very good audition either!
