Horrible presentation on the bracelet. Clearly she was not prepared.

I suppose it's possible that this bracelet was a last minute addition to the program ... you never know. {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

As for Kerstin, I've seen her a few times and don't recall any lack of knowledge about the items she was presenting ..... oh well.

I have to agree. I saw her present a few items. I was flipping back and forth and just gave up. She wasn't prepared and lacked enthusiasm.

I really try to avoid watching her.

She is really enamored of herself.

I know what you mean but on the other hand...I like it when real things happen to real hosts. If they are totally perfect blah, blah, blah, then it isn't as interesting to me anyways. Not that I want anyone to majorly screw up but.......

The other day Bob Mackie was showing an item and they were all horribly wrinkled, never seen anything like it. He commented on it and Sandra Bennet (I think that is her name) handled it really well, apologized for that happening and moved on. The really good hosts can handle the flubs quite well.

I like Sandra- I think she is a gentle soul. Just an impression. And I like your overall point. Finally, I like your name- makes me smile.

It can be hard to watch when they don't know what they are presenting.

I have to agree...not being able to show the customer how to lock/unlock a bracelet is very unprofessional. I'm sure she had time to look at the jewelry she would be presenting, and she should have asked someone how to unlock it.

Kerstin is selectively enthusiastic. On fitness shows, she's almost hyper. I saw some of last night's show, and while I appreciate that she was laid-back, it's clear that selling gemstone jewelry is not one of her strong suits.

I like Kerstin. She reminds me of SNL alumnus Kristen Wiig, and not because of the name. I think they look alike and their mannerisms are similar.

I didn't think from the video that it was Kirsten. Maybe I don't know who's who....

Maybe thats why she is on in the wee hours of the morning. Maybe she needs more experience.

That's the problem, she's usually NOT on in the middle of the night. I've never seen a host as obviously disinterested in her job as Kirsten seems to be. She always projects the attitude that she'd rather be somewhere else. She puts minimal effort into her presentations. Both Stacey and Kirsten were on last night.
