Kachina, well that's your prerogative...I have never had anything but exemplary service from the Costco optical department. And by the way, their prices on contacts cannot be beat! I've purchased eyeglasses as well...once had a pair break, and they took them back no questions, after two YEARS! I wasn't looking to return them, as they had lived their useful life...but the person behind the counter insisted. I've shopped at our Costco since the day it opened and many of the staff who were there on day one are still there today.
