A couple of threads discussing the sizing of the TSV PIA Cuff motivated me to take a few measurements of the inside dimensions. I have both Small and Average in my possession, the Average being for my daughter and I will keep the Small.

For comparison, I did the same measurements with THE Cuff in Size Small and the older AD Cuff #1 (three pave heart stations) in Size Medium/Average, which is a cuff prior to the introduction of Size Small cuffs in JRQ.

So here goes with the measurements. I measured the interior of each cuff two ways - North/South and East/West.

TSV PIA Cuff Size Small: North/South = 1 5/8" East/West = 2"

TSV PIA Cuff Size Average: North/South = 2" East/West = 2 3/8"

Now for a couple comparisons:

THE Cuff Size Small: North/South = 1 3/4" East/West = 2 1/8"

#1 AD Cuff Size Average: North/South = 1 7/8" East/West = 2 1/4"

Conclusion: Yes, there are some differences.
