Sky Chung host of Gem Shopping has passed away

I was uncertain if would put this up as there are probably not many people that watched Gem Shopping.  He was my favorite host and I enjoyed watching.  He was young and he left a wife and 3 kids.  He died 2 days ago.  I just found out about it.  he will be missed

I used to watch Gem Shopping and know who he is. Sky was an excellent host.

 

I believe he's had health issues for some time. How sad for his wife and children, especially at this time of year.

 

I will keep him in my prayers.

@DSD2   He was a great host!  I learned a lot from him.  It was interesting how he got the job at  Gem Shopping at such a young age.  His mom worked there. One day he came to visit.  An executive heard his voice and liked it.  He tried to talk him into auditoning.  He did and got the job.!

 

He will be missed.  I had no idea he was ill.

I do watch them occasionally.  Sad to hear that Sky has passed away.
