Sizing on new TSV Watch??

I'm wondering about the sizing on the new ceramic TSV watch...

are you ordering the same size you would wear in one of Judith's cuff bracelets?

Would be nice if the face measurement and width of the band measurement were given in the on-line description...

Also wonder about the carat weight of Diamonique used...looks pretty blingy...any guesses?
