Sizing of Ripka TSV watch?

Asked about this on another thread, but haven't gotten an answer yet. Thought I would start a new thread. My ideal length on a watch is 7 inches. TSV watch says small is 6-3/4 and average is 7-1/4. Would those of you out there who have the watch already agree with these measurements? I have a 6 inch wrist, but I don't like my watches to be too tight.....I like them to fit more like a bracelet. I also have small hands, though. Do you think I should get the small or the average?
