Sizing an epiphany ring?

So I know the epiphany diamonique rings say "QVC does not recommend resizing by a jeweler" but I was wondering if anyone out there has sized a ring and what the outcome was??

We are contemplating buying one as my engagement ring, pre-pregnancy I was a 6.5. Right now that is too small but a 7 is a little loose. Wondering after my body looses some more weight and then goes through ANOTHER pregnancy if I will need to size a 7. lol
