Silver and Gold Exchange question

Has anyone ever used Silver and Gold Exchange? I have years of "unfortunate purchases" of silver jewelry I never wear and don't like. I've read conflicting reviews on this company. Your input would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
