I started watching the show and got my husband interested too. I like the search for gems while my husband seems to be interested in the hunters. Ron and Bernie are characters. The process is fascinating though. We both hope they have plenty of bodyguards with them.

Thanks for sharing prospectors, I thought that was a gold mining show. I will check it out. I love the natural beauty of gems in the earth.

It'd sure be fun to work along side the Dorris family on Prospectors. They have the right idea with the big equipment. TWC should have a contest to give away a week on the claim with the Dorris family. So many of their finds are just beautiful and exciting. It'd be fun for a while.

Love this show, it's so entertaining! Yes, the characters are over the top, but it adds to the show. The travels scenes are interesting especially the trips to the mines.
