Under one order I ordered a pair of earrings and a necklace... both Honora. The earrings came immediately. The necklace (same order date and number) is not here yet. The earrings showed online USPS - UPS. The necklace showed USPS - DHL.
The last time DHL was involved I never got the order. I called customer service asking to make notes on my account to banish them from shipping to me. QVC said it was a post office issue to call them. The post office told me to call QVC it was a QVC issue.
Anyone having this kind of shipping problem. And what to do about it. I was told that USPS (post office) was primary.
