Shipping charges at RELIOS

I sent an email to customer service regarding the shipping charges. My total before discounts were 85.00 and after my discount is was less than 75. Lawrence sent me an email today stating that if the total price after discounts is < 75 then the shipping would be added. I know many times that has not been the case, but that is what he said today I know others had the same issues this weekend. Hope this clears up any confusion.
