Shipping Debacle on Ripka Items

I am still waiting for three of the 4 items I bought on the Dec 9th Ripka show. I was told that nothing can be done about it until Dec 26th...and that the Q does not really guarantee any deliveries. I do not know why they do not send jewelry UPS. When you order on the automated service,it chooses the delivery method.

Oh well...Merry Xmas to me and my sister, who will NOT be getting the Ripka earrings she wanted.
