Sent back an item using Q's return label...not happy

Awhile back I received the JR coin bracelet J153725. It was supposed to be an 8" but turned out to be the 7 1/4". I called CS and was told to send it back using their label since it was not the right size. So I did...sent it back 8-11. They still have not received it according to the CS rep I talked to today. She said to call my post office as she didn't show it scanned it at post office?? I don't know how she could tell that. Anyhow called my post office and of course they said it was sent out. Not happy at all about this!! Never again am I using one of their labels!! No control over things on our end...like no ins. Thanks for letting me vent!!
