Has anyone ordered from this site before. I'm looking at a white gold byzantine bracelet that is beautiful. It has good reviews.

I have been buying since the 90s, they are reputable and the prices are good.

Yes, they were fine.

Do the math.

This is my absolute favorite gold jewelry site! I've ordered several things over the last 2-3 years and the quality is great -- and so is their customer service.

Depending on the complexity of the piece, their 14k gold runs $50-$75 per gram. I figure if they can do it, Q could certainly do it a whole lot more given their buying power.

Thanks ladies. I decided to order the white gold bracelet from the Q. The one with the gold status links on it. However, I think I might order the white byzantine from Sarraf as well.

Yes, I bought from them years ago and everything was legit. Their gold prices are the best.

I've ordered from Sarraf a couple of years ago. Very nice, quality jewelry at a good price.

I will take a look since I have been looking for a quality 22" chain for a long time and I keep seeing new ones offered here in 16", 18", 20", 24", 36". Why do they skip from 20" to 24"? I have seen a few when I do search in stock now, but they are very light.

I've scoured the Saraff website. The variety of styles and prices seem good. They're located at the jewelry mart in Los Angeles. I live about 1 hour away. I've considered calling them to see if they actually stock the variety of styles offered(it's nice to actually see and handle the jewelry). I could order online and have items shipped, but I hate to try to do returns with companies I haven't done business with previously(especially when items are costly). It's good to know they're reputable with good customer service. Between easy pay, and returns, and mainly great customer service is the reason I shop with the Q. But I certainly keep my options open.
