I bought a bracelet two weeks ago (invoice receipt is 8/8). I haven't worn it but I was on the fence about keeping it. For some reason I took the mylar tag off. I'm trying to figure out what their policy really is on jewelry items. The website has blanket statement that says mylar tag must be on to return. The old invoices used to say the following: "If the merchandise arrived with a 'Not Returnable if Removed' tag, the tag must be attached in its original condition in order for your return to be accepted." (BTW, that's not what the jewelry mylar tags say.) The new invoices say absolutely nothing about mylar tags and do not reference the customer to the website for additional instructions, they simply say "follow the instructions below," which, as I said, say nothing about the tag. O.k, so here's my question, do I send it back and see if they take it? Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm well within the 30 days so that's not the issue. I don't really want to call CS because I don't want to call attention to my order. Anyone have any thoughts or advice?
