SIZING ON STRETCH BRACELETS

Has anyone else had a problem with inconsistent sizing on stretch bracelets? I have ordered several stretch bracelets and love them, but have had issues with them, not being consistent in size. The description says "fits an average-size wrist" but many times it's either too large or a bit tight. Your comments, please.
