I missed the opportunity to purchase a lovely Ripka bracelet on QVC.

I tried everything with Q customer service, but it was gone, with no waitlist.

Because it had been offered on the Q for over a year ( I WAS SO DUMB TO PUT OFF
BUYING IT!) I though I would call one of Judith;s stores in New York, to see if I could find

any information on the bracelet. The woman who answered the phone at one of Judith's

Madison Avenue stores was rude, not helpful and could have cared less.

She passed me off to a Ripka staffer at a mid-town office. Again,

the second rep was rude, barely took the time to speak to me and actually hung up

on me as I was saying good-bye.

WOW. I have considered writing a letter to Judith. I'll never purchase

any more of her jewelry.
