Ripka lever backs hurt-How can I fix?

I have many of the Ripka earrings but the ones with the post and lever back pinch my ears. How can I fix them? I remember a thread a few years back but cannot recall. Thanks!

@LawgalTN    It's best to have a jeweler adjust them.  You can easily ruin the hinge so they won't stay closed.  They are not lever backs but are called omega backs.

@LawgalTN I agree with @Kachina624 

 

Omega backs are very tricky to adjust! Head to your local jeweler. Not worth the risk of ruining the earrings. 

 

I had a pair of gold Omega backs and the jeweler took less than two minutes to adjust. 

They know what they are doing.
