*~*~*Ripka even exchange and I received...*~*~*

A retread with an eternagold romance card in the Ripka box!!!!!

This is the new, braided berge and textured band ring=J267355.

The original one I received was brand new but had an extra drop of sterling that was on the side of the ring and hit my next finger and also didn't blend with the texturing... so back it went for an even exchange...

In Tuesday's mail I received the long awaited exchange...

I was not happy to open the Ripka box and see the wrong romance card pop out but worse was seeing the large white sticker with the extra numbers, letters and computer codes which equals a previously returned item. UGH!!!

Could the wrong romance card inside a Ripka box be internal sabotage??? I mean seriously, how and WHY are these things happening to the Ripka products? Who is supposed to be checking the returned merchandise and deciding what gets re-issued into the regular stock to be sent back out to us as new???

It would have been better if the romance card was missing then to receive a JRQ order with an Eternagold card inside the Ripka box...

Seriously, something is very wrong with the Ripka return processing dept.

There is no excuse for this.

Luckily I have received enough JRQ romance cards in the 14 plus years Judith's been on the Q... from the blue and silver ones to the sage green ones now used...

If this had been a bill to ship it would have looked quite messy... not to have the proper info inside.

We deserve better!

QPTB~ PLEASE wake up the returns dept for processing Ripka items...

Was it really necessary to send me a previous return when there are a number of the ring I exchanged in stock??

This is just wrong on so many levels...

And you wonder why the amount of Ripka we buy is far less than it once was??? Yes, it's because the prices have skyrocketed, but look at what is being sent out!
