I, too, was expecting a booklet. Very frustrating. Can't believe they would keep telling us during the presentation about a booklet and not send one. I printed out the picture so I would know how to put it back together.

The Q did away with the presentation box about two years ago. It was all part of offering more environmentally friendly packaging, as I recall. I threw bags and bags of those boxes away as they were just taking up too much room in my house. I did keep a single necklace presentation box, a bracelet box and ring box, plus a bunch of pouches and a watch box....just to have.
