Ripka Jewelry Repair

I need 2 repairs on Ripka Jewelry. I am sure this is not the first time this has happened. 1. I need a 37" chain repaired. 2. One of the posts broke off of one of my favorite earrings. Any suggestions where these can be repaired. Thank you.
