I wonder if the reasonably priced TSV is the result of recent low sales in Ripka and an effort to spark new interest? Seems like they must have gotten the message that customers wanted more affordably priced jewelry offerings. Who doesn't love free shipping even if it is factored into the price?

The ring might be reasonably priced but not much else is. I'm lucky in one respect that since I lost my job 3 years ago & am just getting by so I couldn't buy anything if I wanted to. I saw a couple of things I liked, some on EP & some not but it just isn't worth it to have these payments hanging over my head. It was one thing when I was working but now that I'm not I have to use my money for bills & things I really need. I have a lot of Judith's jewelry that I purchased years ago while it was still affordable & I am very thankful for that after seeing what has happened to the pricing. I really loved the Green Goddess Monaco ring but I just can't do it. I did break down several months ago & bought the silver Love Enhancer but that was my last purchase. I am happy for everyone finding new pieces to purchase so I am living vicariously through them. Happy shopping everyone!

Every couple of years she has a reasonably priced ring as a TSV. I bought the pave heart ring, and the ring that some refer to as the turtle ring. If I remember correctly, each of those was under $50. I think she was due for a less expensive TSV.

People have been saying she's using much lesss sterling silver on her items in general - with this tsv, all I can think is that the ring might be extremely lightweight and not durable.

I have a few Ripka pieces and have quit buying...to much bling and overpriced.... I prefer a nice stone without all the diamonique, and more understated items.

I have a number of pieces of JR jewelry that were purchased years ago when her gemstones were real and her prices realistic.

Today, it's mostly Diamonique, which we can also buy on Diamonique shows. Just with her initials included. I'm not impressed with much that I've seen of late, and haven't bought any of her pieces in at least 10 years. Afraid I'm not buying anymore for a long time.

I did see Judy Crowell's show today on SHOPHQ?? and I was very impressed with what she had to offer - far more reasonable prices and some unique things.

The ring is small enough to begin with. So they can hold the price down. Not so with the new cuffs/bracelets that so many women want. There were some of the older ones on clearance, so I purchased one.

I'm more of a band ring wearer these days- so I jsut looked at the video for a full presentation. I have to say- this ring is really nice looking... I don't have anything like it nor have I seen anything like this!

Jill mentioned it isn't lightweight (like I suggested above) - she even said it was finished on the back to slide on the finger easily (I thought that might have been a corner they cut!). So yes, I am probably giving into temptation...!!!

It's more reasonably priced, but you expect to see that type of design used with gold, because there is more space and less metal? It is a lovely ring. If they really wanted to make it great, they could have used EZ pays. (They do it on other items.)

That's why I like Bill Me Later- I get the item and see if it's a keeper. And I don't get billed for it until next month! Granted it'll be paid for in 1 payment (I avoid their high interest rates!!), but at least I try it on before I pay.
