I know we've all had horror stories with regards to returns, myself included, but I must say that my last couple of returns have been quick and all using the Q return label. I had a severe allergic reaction to some products and returned them here using the Q label, packed them all in the same box, and the Q set it up for the post office to pick up. I also made a call to my carrier station just to be on the safe side. The next day, 2 employees showed up at my home to pick up my package. One was the supervisor and the other my regular carrier. When I checked my Q account that evening, it showed that the package was scanned at my local post office and that was 7/27. Spoke to CS today and the items arrived on 8/1 and are in the process of being refunded. From a Friday to a Wednesday, pick up to delivery, I am impressed and as happy as a lark that everything arrived safe and sound. So I highly recommend that when you make a return using the Q labels, let the Q set up the pick up, follow that up with a call to your local carrier station (which is different that the post offices) and hopefully, you will have the same success I've had.
