Once again, received 2 JR items that were previous returns. Over half of my purchases of her items are having to be returned because they are received in a disgusting condition and I don't even want to touch them when I open the green pouch they arrive in. First thing is the plastic bag that says return on it, then you can literally see the remnants of someone else on the earrings, u*g*h, the watches are already running and missing all the protective coverings, the rings have lint and are loaded with finger prints. One ring had a chip on the stone and a piece of blue painters tape placed over the chip, and it was still sent back out. And those are just a few of the pieces I've received. When I spoke to CS I explained the circumstances and conditions of my items and how many are arriving that way and she stated that they are supposed to review, and examine returns for such issues, and apparently they are not and she acknowledged that other women were probably complaining also, and that she was going to send a notice to corporate to let them know this is going on. She also immediately re-ordered both items and are having them sent right out. This is a first for me that they would do this. I know I've written previously about this, but, I'm wondering if some or evern all here who have experienced the same problems would be willing to make some calls to corporate voicing our concerns with regards to the amount and conditions of our purchases that are arriving in this condition. If it hasn't happened to you, please disregard. But, if it has, maybe we can make a difference. Thank you all for listening, Pug.
