I just got back from shopping and checked what's been on-air.  Surprised to see:

I bought quite a few of this link style from Fire Mountain Gems quite a few years ago - in different colors.  I wear them with small silk scarves threaded through the links.

For me - it's a chunky winter look.

I couldn't wear these where I live in the Summer months.  Way, way too hot.  In the evening or a night out then yes, but not otherwise.

I like it @ALRATIBA  and agree that it's for winter.  I have some sweaters that it would look great with.

@ECBG   I've had mine (purchased or ones I made) packed up in bubble wrap. I think the new way I'm seeing them worn are the smaller, less fussy ones mixed with delicate chains.

Channel and all major designers are back to statement necklaces.

Bloggers that follow and copy fashion houses are talking about statement pieces.

At of bloggers bought delicate jewelry and they are stuck with them.  Many ladies don't want the hassel.

I sent mine back only because while it looked more red on tv, it was more orange and a bad color on me. that said, it was comfortable, light weight, hung well, not hot and looked expensive. shoulda ordered the black one. that I woulda kept :-))
