I never watch HSN, ever. I purchased a few things along the years, but their shipping fees and return fees were so ridiculous, I just stop watching them. I dealt with their customer service as well, and I felt they were very rude and condescending. I will take a peek at this jewelry line though.
@Effie54 @I used to order from them 16-21 years ago. They used to have really nice sheets, bedding sets, and nice gold jewelry and the original jewelry designed for Absolute was very talented when she designed the pieces with real gold. They had hair pieces from Toni Bratton that were good quality and nice cookware and high end kitchen items from Wolfgang Puck. They had beautiful lighting and home decor. Their presentations were more exciting. They are a shadow of their former self. Their quality has sunk, their website looks so unattractive and a cheaply put together, their offerings aren't nice, their clothing sizes are not very inclusive and differ too much from QVC. They don't even carry Skechers. They don't let reviewers post right away. They make you wait until items are almost sold out so that bad reviews don't show up. Most everything there needs a major boost. They do carry some of the same shoes as Q at a lower price. I'm hoping that their new C Wonder line will be successful and that they bring in more lines.
Agreed! I used to buy from them 25 years ago, when they were the real HSN. Now they are a shell of themselves, and the brand names are not what I would purchase. You are right, they don't even have Sketchers. I remember back in the day when they had Victoria Wieck pieces, and they were stunning and well made. The clothing looks low, end, and trendy to me. After I had a bad experience with the Customer Service supervisor, I never watched their programming again. I returned an item, only to wait weeks for a refund. Once I called Customer Service, I was told if I didn't have the return tracking number in hand, they would not return my money. I don't know if they would've eventually, but I thought they were shysters.
