I've had a few negative experiences.  Once I couldn't post a review because I had paid with a VISA card ???  3 pairs of Dianne Gilman jeans that didn't fit, bought separately.  However, lately HSN has been pretty good.  3 Curtis Stone pans, love them. An electronic item that got fouled up in shipping, not their fault.  They replaced the item immediately at the sale price.  Absolute has never been the star Diamonique has. Radiance might be a chance to revive it.

I've never shopped HSN.  Never.  Not one thing in all the years I've watched QVC and or did online shopping. I had always thought of them as a lower class shopping channel.  Another shopping channel I've never purchased is that liquid channel.  They're no longer on our cable or they've moved. I didn't care.  JTV is another classless outfit.  The only thing going for them is that their endless sterling silver is plated. I purchased one item from them.  A dancing Bella that actually danced!  It was a ring, rhodium plated and it hopped up and down like mad. I was happy about it.  It's no longer there. But the second thing I purchased was one of those horrible cheap spring ring necklace that took forever to clasp. I managed to take the necklace off and trashed it.  I kept the pendent. I vowed not to buy from them again.
