I returned a jewelry item mid-January using my QVC return label. Item reached Westchester,PA on Feb 7th. Today, Feb 13th, I had to call CS and request my account be credited for this return.
I feel like QVC is "holding my money" as long as possible and it ticks me off.
Anyone else had similar problem? I've been a long time customer and returns used to be credited within 24 hours of receipt of returned item.

I have a couple returns that are pending ......... QVC is either taking their sweet old time, or has been inundated with "return by Jan 31st" returns.

Me again! After calling CS on the 13th was told my account was credited for the return. So today, the 14th I notice no return notice on my computer. So I called CS again today - was assured that my account had been credited but it won't show up as a return on my computer UNTIL THE RETURN PACKAGE IS ACUALLY OPENED AND PROCESSED IN THE WAREHOUSE. My item has been in the warehouse now for 7 full days !!!!
Again, ridiculous amount of time for QVC to process a return that is sitting in their warehouse.

They are very very slow and do not seem to care. I used my own label and sent a return priority mail and now it sits at the Q. Not happy. Cancelled a number of items that were in process. Their system is simply too slow. I waited a very long time for several items to arrive.

It is so slow it probably costs them sales. I had something that didn't fit and would like to reorder in different size, but do not want all the charges. How can places like zappos and amazon manage sending out a new size for customers and not charge them twice. When I return to those companies for refunds they issue it as soon as they scan the item at the PO or ups. Waiting a month for a refund is crazy and as much as I want the item I am not going to reorder on principle!

I hope Amazon never changes the way they do returns! The rare occasion I need to make a return, Amazon comes to my house for pick-up, and they issue a refund the next business day. (or sooner) They're the best in the business!
I've never returned anything to Zappos, so that's good to know.

Finally got my return AFTER SITTING IN QVC WAREHOUSE FOR 8 DAYS !!!
The next time I have to return something - I am going to call customer service the same day it shows the item hit the warehouse to get my account credited.

They need to hire more folks or crack down on the ones they got.
